The Japanese toothpick is designed so you can break off the end to identify it as used, and to make a prop for hygienic purposes (स्वास्थ्यकर उद्देश्य).

After breaking along the ridge, one can rest the pointed tip of the toothpick on the ridge and keep using the toothpick during his meal. In this way one can keep the tip away from any contact other than the toothpick itself and can ensure sanity.

Needs, wants ?

Needs: as you know marketing is all about identifying and fulfilling the needs of the customers. The needs are basic human requirements.

A need is something that a person must have in order to thrive. Without it, that person will suffer either physically or mentally.

Example: We need to food, air, water, clothing to in order to live. But the choice of what to eat leans toward want. We can want pizza for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We can want to eat only fruits and veggies.

Want : A want is a choice. A desire which a person may or may not be able to get. Life will continue if a person doesn’t get what they want.
